CHILDREN attending Mappleborough Green Church of England School were presented with Coronation five shillings before breaking up for their holidays last Friday.
The gifts were handed to Miss Carratt, the headmistress, by Mr T Humphries on behalf of customers at the Dog Inn, Mappleborough Green.
Thanks were expressed for the gifts, for the Coronation day outing and souvenirs organised and presented by the Boot Inn.
