JOHN Wharrad, of Edward Street, Redditch, was charged with using indecent language in his own home late on Saturday night.
Pc Broom, who stated the facts, said the defendant made use of foul language for a period approaching half an hour.
Supt Hayes remarked the same defendant had been convicted three times for similar offences during the present year.
The defendant said he was very sorry for the offence but his wife had aggravated him into doing it. The bench fined him £1 and 7s 6d costs.
Defendant said he would like to know if he was entitled to any protection from being brought before the bench so many times.
He said he was out of work and every time he entered the house his wife turned on him.
Mr Townsend advised him that he should not do it again and the chairman informed him he was liable to a fine of £5 if he did commit the same offence.
