ALLING foul of late night licensing laws has led to costly fines for the owners of a town take-away. Adem Ayham, aged 33, and Kemal Gul, aged 24, of King Kebaburger, were hauled before Worcester magistrates on Monday. They pleaded guilty to breaching their licence conditions by staying open after midnight on a number of occasions between September 2002 and January 2003. The pair were charged £550 each and ordered to pay £660. Wychavon District Council brought the charges.
