Wythall were just 21 runs short of a vital win before the rain washed out their Warwickshire League Division Three match with Solihull Municipal.
The visitors posted just 108 and an unbeaten 42 from Nick Tongue took the Silver Street side to 88-1 from 12 overs before the game was abandoned.
Wythall skipper Matt Elwell said: "We were so disappointed - we would have reached the target in another two or three overs.
"We have back-to-back home games now and need two positive results."
