Neil Colley chipped in with 24 while Ian Chamberlain (3-31) bowled well for Kidderminster.
Kidderminster's reply began brightly with Phil Shaw contributing 32, but then wickets started to fall steadily to Jason Williams (4-38) and Mark Meese (3-24).
Steve James capped a fine personal all-round display by grabbing 2-9 as Kidderminster were dismissed for 96 off 35.4 overs.
