Rain washed out both games for Cookley against Worcester Nomads in Division Two of the Worcestershire League.
Cookley Firsts were put in on a damp pitch at Lea Lane but South African Grant Snowball (48) and club chairman Phil Dixon (80) put on 108 for the first wicket.
Whilst the eventual 206-9 was disappointing, it was still the highest total achieved this season.
Nomads, however. had the slight edge at 112-3 when the rain arrived.
Cookley 206-9, Worcester 112-3.
Cookley Seconds' bowlers had an off day and the opposition rattled up 220-2.
The villagers lost the normally prolific Paul Cartwright when they replied and were 15-1 when the game was abandoned.
