SLOPPY defending and a series of dead-ball successes left Evesham United nursing a 4-2 friendly hangover on Tuesday night.
Marc Burrow gave the Robins an early lead from a corner but Hinckley levelled through Jamie Lenton and then went 2-1 ahead courtesy of Neil Cartwright's bullet free-kick.
Leon Doughty doubled the visiting side's advantage after the break before free-kicks at opposite ends of the field from Scott Voice and Wesley Joyce ended the scoring.
The scheduled couple of matches aganst Midland Alliance clubs - Oldbury United on Saturday and Willenhall on Tuesday have both been called off.
Evesham's final friendly match is at Port Talbot on Saturday, August 9 when supporters are invited to book a place on the team coach for the trip into Wales.
