GAS burner manufacturer Nu-way has netted a top goal - after supplying equipment to premiership football club Leicester City.
The company's XGN 2100 gas burners have been fitted onto four Hoval Cosmo boilers installed at the new £35m, 32,500-capacity Walkers stadium.
The burners are located in the ground floor plant room in the stadium's West Stand and supply heating for the club's facilities including the administrative offices, hospitality suites and conference centre as well as the team changing rooms.
The boilers and burners were installed by Leicester-based Elequip Projects.
"We are pleased our burners are being used at Leicester City, especially as the team has now been promoted back to the Premiership," said Paul Greengrass, sales and marketing director of Droitwich-based Nu-way.
Nu-way has previously supplied equipment for similar projects including Manchester United's training ground at Carrington.
