ORGANISERS of the Evesham Steam Rally are appealing for photographs of war time in the Vale of Evesham.
The rally is centred on Ashdown Farm, Badsey Road, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, August 8-10, and Madeline Ross said: "We would like to have these old photographs for a display in one of our marquees."
There are record numbers of exhibits in all sections and highlights of the weekend include an auction on August 8 and a pig roast the following day.
The Evesham Rally Road Run takes place through Evesham on Saturday, August 2 and among steam engines appearing will be Lucy, owned by S.E.Davis, Astwood Bank, celebrating her 100th birthday.
Among fairground attractions during the rally weekend will be vintage dodgems, owned by Paul Hyman, from Derby.
For further information and offers of photographs please call Madeline Ross on 01386 443924.
