WORCESTER full-back Sateki Tuipulotu will not face disciplinary action after allegedly being involved in an incident during Worcester's 22-12 win over Waterloo at Blundellsands last Saturday.
The Tongan international was accused of an off-the-ball clash with Waterloo's captain Wayne Morris.
Tuipulotu tackled Morris on the stroke of full-time and Morris was left dazed with a bloody nose.
Both clubs have scrutinised video footage of the incident and no further action will be taken as there is no evidence of any wrong-doing.
Worcester's Director of Rugby Les Cusworth has also spoken to Waterloo coach Tosh Askew and they have agreed to put the matter aside.
"Without video evidence we can't really do anything," said Waterloo's press officer Richard Baxendale.
"It was a nasty incident and Wayne had blood all over his face. But we can't really take action without any proof."
