WORCESTER Rugby Club's millionaire backer Cecil Duckworth said there will not be wholesale changes following Saturday's devastating defeat against Leeds.
The 12-6 reverse at Sixways has left Worcester relying on other teams' results even though they have 12 matches left in Premiership Two.
But Duckworth, the man whose money has been behind the club's incredible rise, is not giving up his dream of promotion.
"I don't plan to keep it exactly the same as we don't like losing," he said.
"But our aim now is quite straight-forward and that's to win the next 12 games.
"It was always going to be difficult to get promoted this year because there is only play-off place against a side playing division one rugby week in week out.
"But in the past three home games I've invited Francis Baron, Brian Baister and Fran Cotton to Sixways so we're talking to the top people at the RFU about our problem.
"They sympathise with us but the RFU is not used to moving quickly."
