AN award-winning classical music quartet is set to make their debut in Bromsgrove this weekend.
Bromsgrove Concerts has invited the Takacs Quartet to play at the Spadesbourne Suite in Burcot Lane this Friday.
The concert, which starts at 8pm, will feature string quartets by Mozart and Beethoven.
The quartet formed in Budapest in 1975 and is now based at the University of Colorado at Boulder. They won their first major prize in 1977 and have been consistent winners since. For further details or tickets call Gill Frederick on 01527 874163.
