AN inquest has been opened to find out why a 73-year-old man died.
Albert Blomfield, of Sinton Lane, Ombersley, was taken to hospital by ambulance on Wednesday, November 5, but was pronounced dead on arrival.
Opening the inquest yesterday, coroner Victor Round said Mr Blomfield had worked laying asbestos water pipes in Yorkshire.
Mr Blomfield leaves a wife, Jean.
The inquest was adjourned to a date to be fixed.
