SEVENTY teachers and coaches will descend on Droitwich Spa High School today for a national hockey seminar.
The Briar Mill school is one of just two venues in the country, the other in London, staging the England Hockey Schools and Club Development Conference.
The Specialist Sports College will play host to deligates from across the north and Midlands for a day of improving skills and coaching.
Candidates will take part in practical sessions, fitness classes and performance analysis on computers.
The Spa school has been chosen because, among other things, of its links with the town's hockey club.
Club representatives Pat Hine and Mike Eaglesfield, who also work at the school, will be present along with the school's director of sport, John Humfress.
