The club welcomes Bristol-based Terry Nicholls for its November meeting with a cine film show entitled steam on cine.
Terry is an ex-railway worker, based at Swindon and also Bristol, so he has a vast knowledge of the railway system, with steam being his special subject. The films he will be showing are all from his own collection, filmed by Terry himself.
This is his second visit to Bromsgrove and he is very popular with our members. Again this is a night not to be missed since there are not many quality cine film presentations around as video and digital are taking over.
The meeting takes place today (Wednesday). Doors open at 7.15 for a 7.45pm start. We meet at St Godwald's Church Hall, Aston Fields. There will also be a raffle, book stall and refreshments. For further details contact Dave on 01527 873800 or Gordon on 01527 873609. The meeting is open to all and new members are very welcome.
