DROITWICH Dolphins won their second Speedo League division three gala in succession in Aylesbury last Saturday.
The Dolphins, on 215 points, secured a five-point win ahead of Wellington, Aylesbury, Enderby, Tamworth and Warley Wasps. They now qualify for the A team final next month.
Wins were notched from the first event when team captain Rachel Roberts was successful in the 4x1 individual medley. She later won the 100m open breaststroke.
The U13s boys and girls age group was highly successful. Both relay teams of Fizz Hunter, Alexis Collier, Fiona Watt, Natalie Blakemore and Dave Fisher, Sean Storey, Euan McGuiness, Nick Houlston won their freestyle and medley events. Hunter also swam well to win the 100m breaststroke and Storey took second in the boy's race.
Fisher stormed home to win both the 100m backstroke and freestyle while Watt finished second in the butterfly and freestyle.
Jo Hobbis won the U15s 100m backstroke by five seconds and also took second in the open event. Adrian Rose was victorious in the 100m freestyle.
In the U15s girl's team, Alex Dunn finished second in the individual freestyle and in the freestyle relay with Emma Williams, Jenny Barratt and Emily Bower.
Other notable swims included a win for Lauren Hall-Annison in the U11s 50m breaststroke and Emma Houlston, Tamlyn Williams and Katherine Llewellyn were second in both the freestyle and medley relays.
Charlotte Llewellyn took second in the ladies open 100m backstroke.
