PINK AEROBICS: Sue Chandler reports that a magnificent £440 was raised at Pink Aerobics on October 18. Thanks are extended to all who supported this, especially to Sharon and John Andrews and Sharon James who gave time and equipment free. Thanks are also due to sponsors, including Steve Jenkins of Draper's Stores, The China Tree, Tewkesbury Sports, The Card Rack, LA Fitness, Raj-Shadir and Nature Springs of Ashchurch.

POPPY APPEAL: It will be some time until the total collection figure will be known but the recent coffee morning raised £400. Thanks to Sue Chandler and her team of helpers.

INCA TRAIL TREK: Ray Lane has expressed his thanks to everyone who supported his Peruvian trek to raise funds for St Richard's Hospice. He said the trek was a marvellous experience, though tough at times. There were 31 trekkers undertaking the charity challenge on behalf of various UK and Irish charities. Five of these walked for St Richard's. Everyone completed, but several suffered from altitude sickness. Three days of acclimatisation before the serious walking enabled everyone to start. Ray raised a magnificent £1,366.
