FOURTEEN Kidderm-inster police officers were presented with awards at a prestigious ceremony last night.
Stourport beat manager Jonathon Harris, Bewdley beat manager Nigel Barter and Det Insp Paul Knight were rewarded for general good work.
PC Michael Darby-shire was rewarded for his outstanding contribution in targeting persistent offenders in the Horsefair after his "intelligence-led" approach led to more than 50 arrests between October 2002 and May this year.
PC Mark Bullingham and PC Kelly Parsons were also commended for arresting men wanted for firearm offences during a routine car check.
Presentations were made at the North Worcestershire Divis-ional Awards Cere-mony.
