THE decision to honour a group of "mini medics" for their life-saving actions on Stourport riverside was unanimously supported by town councillors last week.
Mayor of Stourport Stephen Clee said he planned to invite Lisa Jones, 14, her sister Mary-Helen, 13, their cousin Marie Smith, 18, and 15-year-old Elaine Jones to the mayor's parlour to present them with a mayoral award for bravery.
Councillor Clee created the award after reading in the Shuttle/Times and News how the teenagers had dashed to the aid of an unconscious epileptic woman.
