CAR owners are being urged to lock away their cars and not leave keys on display in their houses overnight - after two were stolen from a home in Blakedown.
Burglars broke into the house while the owners were sleeping and drove off in two Audis parked on the drive after stealing a handbag, mobile phone and several sets of keys.
The cars, which were taken between 11pm on Friday and 8am on Saturday, were a silver Audi S6 Quattro estate and silver Audi TT Quattro coupe.
PC Jan Shelley said: "Thieves are known to target high-class cars like these and are stealing the keys as the alarm and mobiliser systems are so sophisticated.
"We remind people to park their cars out of sight in a garage wherever possible and ensure their keys are not left on display in the hall or kitchen overnight."
Anyone with information should contact PC Shelley on 08457 444888.
