I FULLY realise the need for recycling, though do not agree with the methods used in Wyre Forest.
Today I should have had my recycling bins emptied.
All of the other bins in the grove were emptied, not mine.
Our rates were paid, our bins tidy, two bottles, a can and jar in one, papers in the other.
On bringing the bins back in we realised that we had used them the wrong way, jars and papers swapped.
Are our council employees bloody-minded or unable to differentiate between bottles and papers if in the wrong bins?
