EVESHAM Rowing Club's junior girls squad travelled to Stourport last weekend for the autumn Head of the River.
With all crews in the first division, they had the best of the conditions and weather, and came away with three excellent wins.
In the J14 single sculls, Tor Messent overcame opposition from Stourport and Burton Leander to win in 19.02.
In the J15 double, Becky Wood and Anna Chilvers got the better of Stourport and Chelt-enham Ladies College to take top spot in a time of 17.16.
The J16 double of Chloe Farrar and Sara Howe entered the Senior IV event when they overcame all J16 entrants t win in a time of 16.26.
Top junior members Katherine Scott, Tim Messent and Chris Sumner travel to Boston in Lincolnshire this weekend for the Early Identification trials for next year's Great Britain International squad.
Together with Andrew Walker, who now rows for the Leander Club, they represent the largest contingent the club has ever sent to the national trials, testimony to the hard work put in by Evesham coaches and junior athletes over recent years.
