MALVERN Town eased into the second round of the WFA County Youth Cup, in what was an eventual comfortable victory at Evesham on Monday night.

EVESHAM UNITED 2, MALVERN TOWN YOUTH 4

Despite creating numerous chances during the first half, Town had to wait until the 44th minute before Olly Endacott gave his side a deserved lead.

However Malvern received a setback immediately after the break when the home side secured an equaliser.

This though was the catalyst for Town to turn their superiority into goals, when Luke Marshall struck twice and Endacott added another, to put Malvern in an unassailable position.

A late consolation gave Evesham some hope, but by then it was a case of too little, too late.
