Malvern Lynx Marching Band marched towards success in the annual UK Champion-ships.
The band was the overall winner at the event, held this year in Ayr, Scotland.
Twenty-five members headed north in the band coach and managed to scoop Best Display and Best Music awards as well as 12 first-place awards in separate categories.
Winners included: Clive Fairclough, bass drum, Mark Smith, drum corp, Jason Yapp, tipper drum, Louise Holmes, leader, Jessica Brannely, mascot, Michael McCollum, flag, Lucy Clarke, cabbasa, Emily Tranter, tambourine, Lauren Lloyd, maraccas, Daniele Brown, pom-poms, Amanda Fairclough, Claire Smith, Becky Bradeley, Vicky Bradeley, bell lyre section.
The band is now preparing to repeat its success at the Welsh Indoor Championships in Merthyr Tydfil on Sunday, November 23.
