TOP of the table Malvern Town play host to sixth-placed Lye Town tomorrow (Saturday) in the Express and Star West Midlands League Premier Division (2.45pm).

Town will be hoping to build on their midweek victory against local rivals Bromyard and possibly extend their lead at the top of the table.

Town boss Neil Hunt has no injury worries and the side is likely to be bolstered by Pete Roberts who has returned to the club for a four month spell, before he returns to Joonalup (Western Australia) at the end of February. Dean Roberts is also added to the squad having returned from a short holiday in time for Saturday's game.

Town general manager Richard Anson said: "This Saturday's squad is as strong as it could possibly be, although Neil and myself still believe we could add one or two members to it.

"But what we do on paper is one thing and what we do in real time, quite another.

"However, getting out of this league is our number one priority and we will not have better opportunities than those we have currently."

Hunt will select from: Alden, Roberts (P), Clayton, Cannon, Chalmers, Walker, Fryer, Haines, Baldwin, Morris, Halion, Cox, Willetts, Hooper, Roberts (P), Smith and Williams.

On Tuesday, Town will be travelling to bottom-of-the-table Coseley Town (7.45) in the Express and Star West Midlands League Premier Division, and will again be hoping for a good result to extend their lead at the top of the table.
