A man who was found with serious head injuries in a Worcester street is still in a critical condition.
He was found lying unconscious outside a row of houses in Buttermere Drive, Warndon on Tuesday morning.
It is not known how the man sustained his injuries, and police say he may not have been the victim of an attack.
A police spokesman confirmed there was currently "no change" in the man's condition at Birmingham's Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Three men were arrested, and after helping police with their enquiries were released on Wednesday.
Any witnesses, who might have seen anything between 10pm on Monday and 7.30pm on Tuesday, are asked to call Worcester police on 08457 444888, quoting 37C/111103.
