A director of a failed cheese firm that distributed its products throughout the region has had to promise he won't run a business for eight years.
Keith Mulholland, who lives in Saudi Arabia, gave the undertaking as a result of his conduct as a director of British Creameries, which carried out business from premises at Hackmans Gate, West Hagley, Near Stourbridge, West Midlands.
The group was placed into administrative receivership on November 22, 2000, with estimated debts of £7.5m owed to creditors.
Acceptance of the undertaking, on Monday, October 6, 2003, prevents Mr Mulholland from being a director of a company or, in any way, whether directly or indirectly, being concerned or taking part in the promotion, formation or management of a company.
