A WORCESTERSHIRE hotel is celebrating after being awarded the RAC's top Gold Ribbon award.
Three-star Buckland Manor, a 13th Century manor house, in Broadway, was judged by inspectors as having "superlative" standards of comfort, hospitality, food, service and customer care.
RAC Blue Ribbon awards - presented to properties demonstrating very high quality standards in comfort, service, hospitality and food - went to the four-star Lygon Arms, a 16th Century inn, also in Broadway, and the three-star Brockencote Hall Hotel, in Chaddesley Corbett, near Kidderminster.
