DROITWICH High School pupils are taking part in some weird and wonderful events this week in an effort to raise money for good causes.
Students are particularly expected to enjoy the planned eatathons, kiss auctions, and that old favourite, pelting a teacher with gunge. The sponsored leg waxing may not go down so well.
Charities Week is organised by the Sixth Form Council every year and raises money for three causes - one local, one national and one international.
This year's recipients are Fantasy Flights, Barnardo's and Amnesty International.
It is hoped the week will raise in excess of £2,000 to beat last year's total.
