Redditch Ladies 7
Camp Hill Ladies 0
Redditch continued their winning ways with an emphatic 7 - 0 victory against Camp Hill.
Redditch's impressive Jo Stafford made a surging run and Liz Thomson was on hand to open the scoring. Angela Taylor made it 2-0 on the stroke of half-time with a fierce shot from a penalty corner.
Player of the match Olivia Nicholson showed what a welcome addition she is to the Redditch side as she scored a second half hat-trick with clinical finishing. Claire Steadman, making a welcome return, supported well on the right and her cross was converted by Nicholson to make it 3-0. The fourth goal, Nicholson's second, was arguably the best of the afternoon, with fast attacking interplay between Emma Preston and Nicholson from the half-way line. Preston deservedly made it 5-0 to the home side shortly afterwards. Jenny Metcalfe scored the sixth when she put in a rebound off the keeper's pads after a Taylor corner. Nicholson's hat-trick capped a fine afternoon with a cracking shot.
