WORCESTERSHIRE'S Victoria Moffet of East Gloucester Tennis Club was in terrific form as she finished sixth at the Sunday Telegraph Centre Parcs National Grand Prix Masters at La Manga Club, Spain.
The 14-year-old from Stoke Prior produced a series of exciting performances that showed maturity beyond her years to ensure she finished sixth in the 14 and under girls age group. Moffet justified her place in the Masters by putting up a spirited performance, however still lost 6-0, 6-0 to Claire Sims in the fifth/sixth place play-off.
The Sunday Telegraph Centre Parcs Junior Ten-nis Masters was played at La Manga Club, as Euro-pe's premier sport and leisure resort offers professional training facilities for may sports including tennis, golf and football.
The players made full use of the extensive facilities, playing exciting tennis on La Manga Club's immaculate clay courts, while also practising their golf and football skills on the final day of the trip.
