VOLLEYBALL: Cleobury Mortimer leapt up to second place in National League Division Two with a 3-0 beating of Sheffield.
Their fifth league win in a row set them up well for a home match against leaders Tameside on Sunday.
Captain Lyndsey Rankin served 11 unanswered points and Clare Jones chipped in with eight as Cleobury cruised to a 25-7 win in the first set.
Player-of-the-match Eva Mort inspired the village side to a 25-20 victory in the second set and they took the third 25-18 with Lacon Childe School pupil Jessica Hinwood claiming the winning hit.
