Evesham Utd U-13 8,
Chesterton Jnrs 2
UNITED reached the quarter-finals of the League Cup with an emphatic win over fellow Division A opponents.
The home team made a great start with three goals in the opening 12 minutes. Michael Carter scored twice with David Huggins adding the other.
To make half-time even more comfortable, Adam Styles smacked in a cracker, while goalkeeper Ben Parry's flying save ensured a four-goal cushion.
Chesterton came out battling after the break but Evesham remained in the ascendancy.
Carter completed his hard earned hat-trick, Huggins converted a penalty, Adam Styles produced another superb finish and captain Stuart Warren thumped in his side's eighth.
Chesterton replied with two goals in the last five minutes but they were merely a consolation.
