Frances Wright will be at Wednesday's meeting, from 1.30pm until 3.30pm at Kidderminster Library.
Ms Wright and Jon Mousley are offering an introduction to non-violent communications, sometimes known as "compassionate communication", which is based on the work of Dr Marshall Rosenberg. By focusing on four areas - observation, feelings, needs and requests - NVC helps people to express themselves and hear others, while maintaining respectful and emphatic connections.
Anyone with myalgic encephalomyelitis, chronic fatigue syndrome, and fibromyalgia, their carers, friends and relatives, will be welcome to the meeting, or any of the group's gatherings, where relevant books and useful information is available.
Information about the group can be obtained from Jill Pigott on 01905 455187, chairman Ian Logan on 01886 888419, or Audrey Hammond on 01562 822834 - or contact the website at www.geocities.com/worcmegroup/
