ACTION in the C Division of the Cotswold Floorball League continued on Tuesday evening when Chipping Campden School thrashed a Willersey side playing for the first time.
The winners hit five goals without reply thanks to the attacking ability of Aris Alexiou and Micky Beasley, who both scored twice and fellow scorer Lawrence Jones.
A Shipston side fresh from a narrow 2-1 victory over Willersey when Richard Bryan and Craig Weather-head were on target for the winners and Sam Needham for Willersey, gave CCS a shock when they put in several good shots on Paddy Jeffs goal and kept out a potent senior school attack.
It took a quickly taken hit-in in the last minute to break the deadlock as Beasley preserved Campden's 100 per cent record.
There's a hectic schedule in the A Division next week when last year's runners-up Mickleton make their 2003 bow.
