A NEW service at DG Pharmacy, Dines Green, will give diabetes sufferers the chance to receive advice and information about their condition.
Staff at Worcester's DG Pharmacy have also been trained on diabetes meters used by sufferers to monitor blood sugar levels.
This means they will be able to help people who have any problems with the equipment.
The service is open six days a week, from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm, and on Saturdays, from 8.30am to noon.
It was officially launched last week , when representatives from Worcestershire Primary Care Trust, diabetic clinics, doctors and diabetics attended.
People who wish to know more about the diabetes service can pick up a pamphlet or ring the pharmacy on 01905 749077.
