WORCESTER City manager John Barton was delighted with his team's 3-0 victory against Weston but refused to go overboard on Mark Owen's hat-trick performance.
"We both know the situation and I'm not going to be drawn on any comment about his hat-trick and that's for Mark's benefit," said Barton.
"We'll just leave him to continue doing what he was doing on Saturday."
City's boss revealed he had been confident all week despite their poor run of results of late.
"We've not been as bad as certain people would have you believe," he added.
"We haven't played well enough at times but equally we haven't had the breaks in quite a few games stretching back to the Nuneaton games.
"But I felt confident all week and the players were very determined to do well," said Barton.
