WE all know of the problems facing both the Post Office and the Royal Mail.
But there seems to be something morally and financially wrong if local Post Office closures are not determined by the number of people in the area served by it, but by the local Postmaster volunteering his Post Office for closure, and taking the substantial sum of money on offer to do so.
