ITEMS including CDs, mobile phones, tools, sports clothes and golf clubs have been taken during a spate of car crime in Kidderminster.
A large number of cars were broken into mainly on Saturday and Sunday evening in the Spennells area of town.
Cars in Hoobrook and at Stone Manor were also targeted.
Some of the cars had their doors bent back by the offenders to get into the vehicles.
"There has been a marked increase in car crime over the weekend and so we are warning car owners to be extra vigilant over the coming week," said a police spokesman.
Some of the cars targeted included Fiat Puntos and Vauxhall Corsas.
