A WORCESTER man denied making threats to kill, intimidating witnesses and stealing at Worcester Magistrates Court yesterday.
Ian Stone, of Tolladine Road, appeared before magistrates facing five charges - two counts of intimidating witnesses, two of making death threats and one of theft.
The incidents were all alleged to have taken place in a three-week period between Friday, October 24, and Thursday, November 13.
The case, which was adjourned for a pre-trial review to be compiled, will resume at Worcester Magistrates Court on Thursday, January 8.
Stone, aged 32, was released on condition he did not contact witnesses, resides at his Tolladine home and reports to Worcester Police Station between 6pm and 8pm every Monday, Thursday and Saturday.
