IN reply to Mike Foster on the subject of school funding, I did not think that this was a political argument.
I thought that we all wanted fairer funding for Worcestershire schools.
However, now that he seems to be making it political, let me assure him that neither myself nor my son were born with silver spoons in our mouths. We were both born in inner city areas.
My family and I have always voted and supported Labour but after meeting Mr Foster and listening to him talk about school funding I will no longer vote Labour.
We moved to this area for a better quality of life for my son but his quality of education is not better due to the unfair funding by Labour.
I think Peter Luff is fighting for the majority (that is the normal working class) and Mike Foster is fighting for the minority.
KAY BUCKLEY,
Evesham.
