RESIDENTS are a-spire-ing to raise cash for a village church with a fundraising calendar.
Stoke Prior Saltmakers History depicts a collection of different working pictures. The idea for the fundraiser came from Thelma Roll, of Stoke Prior Parish Council. All the cash raised will go towards St Michael's Church appeal fund.
Church warden Pete O'Connor said: "We hope the calendar will be a great fundraiser to help pay for the ongoing maintenance at the church." The calendar was launched last Saturday at the church's annual bazaar, where more than £1,900 was made. Copies are available from Thelma Roll on 831865 or Pete O'Connor on 832797.
