A woman described to a jury how she was frightened into having sex by a man who secretly filmed the act.

She claimed Christopher Howley wanted her to agree to it when she was aged about 14 and said he didn't want to rape her.

The witness, now 27, said: "I was terrified. I agreed to everything he wanted."

She said the sex session took place in a house in Kidderminster and afterwards, she felt sick and ashamed when she saw it on a video.

The prosecution alleges that Howley raped her between 1990 and 1991 and went on to rape another schoolgirl who was also persuaded to take part in a three-in-a-bed sex romp with Howley's then-lover, Susan Morris.

Howley, aged 48, formerly of Leawood Grove, Kidderminster, denies three charges of rape, four indecent assaults, three counts of indecency with a child, administering a drug to stupify or overpower a child and taking indecent photographs of a child.

Morris, 47, of Doverdale Avenue, Willenhall, West Midlands, denies two counts of aiding and abetting rape and two of aiding and abetting indecent assault.

The woman told Worcester Crown Court that Howley took her to an industrial unit in Wombourne, near Wolverhampton, grabbed her and said he wanted sex.

"He told me he wanted sex and didn't want to rape me," she said. She agreed so that he would let her go home. The sex happened a few days later. She said: "I didn't want to be raped. I couldn't see any way out of it."

The prosecution claims that Howley, now of Grace Court, Burton Latimer, near Kettering, twice put an ether-soaked wad over her face to enable him to indecently assault her.

The trial continues.
