PARISH COUNCIL: At the beginning of the meeting Mr J Careless was co-opted on to the council.
There are numerous items still outstanding with regard to Worcestershire County Council and an acknowledgement has been received that these are being investigated.
Litter Bins: Wychavon has stated these will be placed in the near future adjacent to the village hall and on the play area.
Grass Cutting: As no payment has been received from Evesham and Pershore Housing Association, the parish council will cease to be responsible for the areas cut on behalf of the association.
Letter Box: This has still not been re-sited by Royal Mail.
Damaged Seats: The seat on the pound has been repaired but requires more work. The seat in the grounds of the village hall has been vandalised and investigations are being made to establish who was responsible.
Parish Precept: Councillors agreed their requirement for 2004/05 would be £7,000.
