At the annual meeting, Liz Jinks reported on the group meeting at Hartlebury, giving an account of the entertainment provided by actor Richard Westcott.
Treasurer Margaret Mills told of the various fund-raising activities which have been held in aid of the group, and the charities the group supports.
It has been agreed that Stone should have two £100 bursary grants for Denman College.
Brenda Barratt is retiring, after four years in the office of president. Eve Owen was elected as the new president. VCO Joan Ellis assisted with the elections.
She explained how some country WIs are lacking members, and encouraged Stone members to help these groups swell their ranks.
The evening ended with a ploughman's supper.
The Christmas Entertainment will be held on Monday at The Oaks Community Hall, Harvington, starting at 7.30pm.
