You kindly published my letter in November 2003 describing the disastrous non-performance of First Great Western on the Malvern-London service.
They failed to run the London morning train on October 28 and, as a result, I claimed back the fare which I had already paid for a pre-bought ticket.
I am sure your readers will be interested to know that this has just been refunded, three months after the event.
It is not only trains which are late on the Malvern line.
