A CURRY and quiz night has raised £1,684 for the Acorn's Children's Hospice Trust.
Organised by Andy Richards, from Bank of Scotland Business Banking, in St Swithin's Street, Worcester, the quiz night took place at Pasha's Indian restaurant, in St John's.
Teams of four people paid £10 a head for the quiz and buffet and the money raised on the night, which took place at the end of November, was matched by Bank of Scotland to come up with the total of £1,684.
"It was great fun," said Mr Richards.
"It was a super buffet and we had nearly 70 people come along, including some last-minute surprise entries".
