WORCESTER Wolves Basketball Club are looking for a helicopter to help ensure they have a full squad for next week's Patrons Cup final.
The final against Hackney at University College Worcester next Saturday clashes with UCW's appearance in the British Universities finals at Gateshead.
Three of Wolves' star players -- Ty Shaw, Josh Cooprider and Colin Chiverton -- also play for the UCW team, who have close links with the club.
Wolves are seeking the loan of a helicopter to fly the trio down from Gateshead on Saturday lunchtime, play in the Patrons Cup final in the evening, and then fly them back after the game to play again at Gateshead on the Sunday.
UCW booked their place at Gateshead earlier this week with a 101-83 away win over Sunderland University, and now face a three-day final tournament starting next Friday, although their Saturday match is scheduled for the morning.
Wolves' Director of Basketball Mick Donovan said: "They are our three top points scorers and we want them to play in both."
