STOURPORT were struggling with the bat when the heavens opened and stopped play in their Division Two clash.
They entertained Romsley and Hunnington at Walshes Meadow on Saturday and asked the visitors to bat after winning the toss.
Stourport restricted them to 134 all out with a convincing bowling and fielding display as Andy Platt took four wickets along with two each for Bevan Neill and Adam Sellick.
In reply, the town limped to 27-4 before the low-scoring encounter was abandoned to give them nine points and Romsley seven.
Romsley and Hunnington 134, Stourport 27-4.
Stourport seconds' match at Romsley was called off on Friday evening due to the ground conditions.
The club face Feckenham on Saturday with the firsts hoping to improve on their disappointing batting performances so far.
