YOUNGSTERS from Cutnall Green Primary School, near Droitwich, read poetry and sold daffodils to raise money for charity.
They raised a total of £38 for Marie Curie Cancer Care's Daffodils Day.
"It may not seem like a lot of money, but we are a very small school and this is a tremendous effort," said Michele Humphreys, head teacher.
"We took part in the national day by reading Wordsworth's I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud poem in assembly and then selling daffodils."
